Wet at low point in yard

I have a head (Toro) located in a low point in my yard. When the system is not running there is water seeping out of the head causing a good size swamp about 6' dia. Is this caused by the system draining out at the lowest point? The water meter is not showing flow. Thanks

Water seeping 24/7 indicates a faulty zone valve.

Are you talking about the wired zone valve?

You got any zone valves that aren't wired to a controller?

As it turned out you were right. I took the valve apart & ther was a small piece of plastic embedded into the rubber gasket that let the water get buy. Probably been there for quite a while. Had to buy the complete valve at H.D. Still cheaper than the part plus S & H. Thanks for the help.
