Need Advice

Had a system installed by a local contractor in November 02. System was not run last year after install (midwest temps). The contractor mentioned he was having problems with his air compressor when the system was winterized. Just turned and backflow tested last week. I have several (over 5 ) underground leaks. Service Tech. fixed 1 and did not have additional parts to fix additional problems. Have not heard from contractor since. While I fight with them, how is this type of problem (underground leaking) diagnosed ? Can you pressure test these lines ? System covers about 3/4 acres.
