Low End Sprinkler Head Leaking

I have a Hunter PGP Head in the low point in the zone. I am familiar with the gravity aspect of the issue. After watering, the zone takes time to empty and has created a major sink hole over time. I am not sure if I heard about something called a check valve that may help. Is this different than a zone valve and what is a possible solution to this issue? Thanks in advance.

You can install a check valve down below or pick up a PGP with a check valve.
