Drain problem

On one of my lines my drain has a high flow of water coming out while my sprinklers are on. It is flooding my lawn, my valve box and contributing to a water problem I have in my basement. Does anyone know if I have a problem with my drain or my line or could it be installed wrong or in the wrong place? Thanks.
