The seat washer is the part of the diaphragm that presses against the seat. It should be obvious which part that is once you look at the diaphragm.
I don't know what model valve you have. My first impression from what you stated is the diaphragm came apart. Certain model valves the seat washer will break off. I'm only speculating with the information given.
Yes repairing the main line going to the valves could be the issue. There might be debris inside the valve now. Take the valve apart and see.

This zone and control valve are in the front yard and valve is in its own box. It was working just fine about a week ago and the only thing that I have done to the system was some repairs to the zones in the back yard. I had to replace two solenoids on zones in the back yard (control valves are in the back yard as well) and fix a cracked pipe (also in the back yard).
just wanted to mention the above in case it could have impacted anything. I will look to take the c
ontrol valve and see if the
seat washer has broken off.
Dobbs it sounds like the diaphragm came apart.
Take the valve apart and see if the seat washer is broke off.
Could be a broken pipe.
Could be the flow control is closed.
If poly pipe is involved it could be pinched off.
Same problem but 1 diffrence
I have the same problem but when I unscrew the bleed valve I still get really low pressure. Any idea what this means?

Simple. Unscrew the top and replace.
I'm not really sure where the diaphragm would go. Is this something relatively simple to do, or should I hire a contractor?
Okay here is what I found out over the weekend. I found the valve for the effected zone and when I turn it on manually there is plenty of pressure for that zone. Does this mean I just need to replace the solenoid valve for this zone? For whatever reason it appears that when I use the controller to control that valve it doesn't open all the way becuase the pressure is very low.
