Yes you can install a sprinkler system which will be supplied by well water. You must know two things about the well pump:
1. You must know how much water the pump supplies (gpm)
2. You must know thee water pressure at the outlet of the pump

Here is an excellent link to information about pumps:
http://www.jessstryker.com/pump.htm

Once you know these two things you design the sprinkler system so that you do not exceed these limitations on any zone in the sprinkler system.

Please read the following information about designing a sprinkler system:

Wells and Sprinkler Systmes

Can Sprinkler Systems be installed on land supplied by well water?
If so, which system is recommended and what information is available?
