HOW TO BECOME A "CIC", "CID", AND "CLIA?

To Whom every can help,



How to become a CIC, CID, CLIA? I work in the lawn mowing business, but would like to do irrigation repairs. I know how to prime a pump, fix a head, trouble clock to valves, and can recommend upgrades for better coverage.



I would like to be certified to put it in my maintenance proposals.
