irritrol sensor

do you sell the irritrol RFS1000 sensor only?

No and Irritrol does not list a separate part number for it.
You can by the receiver separate but not the sensor.
Their parts catalog: http://www.irritrol.com/pdf/catalog_pricelist.pdf
